Octane LG and Pantech VN530 Crux, Available from Verizon
Verizon Wireless gives a fresh look at their catalog and presents two new phones: the LG and Pantech Octane VN530 Crux (available since yesterday in all Verizon stores).
The LG Octane is a curious mixture of the Cosmos and LG Touch LG enV. It has a small display and keypad on the outside, and a larger screen, plus a full QWERTY keyboard inside.
The phone also comes with integration of social networks (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter), Visual Voice Mail, HTML Web browser, email, mobile support for Skype, Bluetooth 2.1, 3.2 MP cameras with autofocus and video recording, and a microSD card slot.
Verizon will sell the LG Octane for $ 99.99 with a 2 year contract (after a mail will receive a refund of $ 50).
The second Pantech phone is the Crux, which comes with a 3-inch touchscreen, virtual QWERTY keyboard, and direct access to social networking sites, HTML web browser, camera, and microSD card support (1 GB card pre -installed).
Pantech Crux has a cost of $ 49.99 on contract.
